Man and Van in Watford Town Centre

The one-way system decides your approach more than the postcode does. Some central addresses are two minutes from one arm of it and ten from another, and getting that wrong with a loaded van costs you a lap of the town. We know which side to come in on for a given street, and which loading points sit close enough to be worth using.

Almost every residential street inside the ring is permit-only, so the honest answer is often that we load from a bay rather than from outside your door. We tell you that when we quote, not when we arrive, and if a bay suspension is worth arranging we will say so early enough for you to do it.

Central Watford living is mostly flats, and they split into two kinds. The converted office blocks give you generous rooms at the end of long corridors, with one lift for the whole building and a fob on every door. The older stock is flats above retail, reached by a stair from the street that was never widened for furniture.
